Lunch Lady Brownies!
Ingredients:
1 c. of butter (unsalted)
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Melt Butter & Add Cocoa
Add Flour & Sugar. Beat together & then add eggs, vanilla, and nuts.
Mix until combined -- DO NOT OVER STIR**
Pour into greased, **floured 9x13 banking pan
Use a large baking sheet if you're planning to DOUBLE recipe**
Bake 20-25 minutes @ 350 F or until done.
CHECK @ 20 MIN!
Wait only 10** min to frost brownies
Frost while WARM not HOT!!
Chocolate Frosting Recipe
**Make while brownies bake
1/4 c. softened butter
1/4 c. canned milk (regular milk is okay)
1/4 cup cocoa
3 c. powdered sugar
Dash of Salt
Mix all together & frost as desired!
